THE TEN COMMANDMENTS OF THE LAW
(For the source text: click

THE LAW PREAMBLE : This is the way of freedom: Respect freedom I. Freedom is the only way. II. Attempts to redefine freedom will change the consequences neither of respecting it nor of failing to respect it. III. Do not use the word freedom in vain. Respect yourself IV. Remember to honour freedom: You do not live to work; you work to live. V. Remember that the world did not begin and will not end with you. Respect others VI. The lives of others are not yours to take. VII. If those to whom you have committed your life cannot trust you, why should anyone trust you in any matter? VIII. The property of others is not yours to take. IX. Do not think that your ability to say what you want entitles you to disregard the truth in what you say about others. X. Do not think that your desires entitle you to anything that is
another's. _____________________________________________________________________ EXODUS 20:2 - 20:26
I. Non habebis deos alienos coram me.
II.
Deus tuus dabit tibi. VI. Non occides. VII. Non moechaberis. VIII. Non furtum facies. IX.
_____________________________________________________________________ ANTINOMY This is the way of slavery: I. Freedom is just one value among others. II. Serve whatever strikes your fancy and damn the future. III. Freedom means whatever you want it to mean. IV. Remember to honour slavery: it is the reward of power. V. Never mind those who came before you or those who will come after you. VI. Do not respect others: Their lives belong to you. VII. Repudiate your most solemn commitments so that you may the more easily repudiate all of your commitments. VIII. Do not respect others: Their property is yours to tax and regulate. IX. Why bother with the truth? Lies serve your purpose at least as well. X. You are entitled to everything that you desire.
