Biography
I am an Assistant Professor of Organizational Behavior at the Faculty of Economics and Business Administration, Ghent University, Belgium, and a Visiting Research Fellow at the Department of Public Management and Governance, WU Vienna, Austria. My research interest lies in the field of organizational behavior. My research focuses on how the implementation of management systems, practices, and artifacts influences the perceptual, attribution, and sensemaking processes of individuals and groups within private, public, and nonprofit sector organizations.
I am also a member of the IIAS-IISA Open Access Board of Reviewers and ad hoc reviewer of journal manuscripts for:
