Prof. dr. Kenn Meyfroodt

Assistant Professor of Organizational Behavior

Biography

I am an Assistant Professor of Organizational Behavior at the Faculty of Economics and Business Administration, Ghent University, Belgium, and a Visiting Research Fellow at the Department of Public Management and Governance, WU Vienna, Austria. My research interest lies in the field of organizational behavior. My research focuses on how the implementation of management systems, practices, and artifacts influences the perceptual, attribution, and sensemaking processes of individuals and groups within private, public, and nonprofit sector organizations.

I am also a member of the IIAS-IISA Open Access Board of Reviewers and ad hoc reviewer of journal manuscripts for:

Before joining the HRM & OB research cluster as a doctoral researcher, teaching assistant, postdoctoral researcher, and postdoctoral research fellow, I was a management consultant at Möbius Business Redesign NV in Belgium and director / strategic advisor of the board of directors of multiple organizations in South-East Asia.
