I am an Associate Professor at the Foundations Lab for imprecise probabilities (FLip) of Ghent University. This website provides information about my academic activities. The short version is that I conduct research on the foundations and applications of imprecise probabilities, teach a course on probability and statistics and on nonlinear systems and supervise four PhD students. I am also the current president of SIPTA, an international society for imprecise probabilities.

NEWS! The 2024 SIPTA Summer School on Imprecise Probabilities will take place in Ghent.

it would not be called research, would it?”
