Create in your WWW directory a file .htacces (and in each other
directory in which you want to run SSIs (server side include)) and
write in it the following:
AddType text/x-server-parsed-html .html
To protect a page by a password, do
/usr/local/etc/apache_1.2.4/support/htpasswd [-c] $HOME/WWW/.htpasswd username
(The -c flag creates a new file).
