Guitar amplifiers and effects

This amplifier is a design by Rod Elliott (http://sound.westhost.com); I bought the PCB directly from his Australian site (worked flawlessly). I made both the preamp and the power amp; after some tweaking, it sounds fine. I didn't find any way to add a legend  for the controls and yes, I indeed forgot to include a pilot light!

I bought the guitar (my previous one was an acoustic folk guitar, 25 years ago ...) in August 2009 from Keymusic, in an effort to improve my guitar skills. As you can see, it's an American Standard Fender Stratocaster. Please be patient if you're waiting for my David Gilmour solo's!

In 2015, I changed the speakers to the above Celestion driver, and made a new - very small - guitar amp, a 'little rebel' using two LM386's in bridge mode: cute!

I essentially made this 'Red Llama' overdrive because it has such a peculiar schematic,

using logical inverters as amplifiers ... which have very nice overdrive characteristics!

Based on a schematic from the book Electronic Projects for Musicians.

This is a home made reverb pedal based on a BYOC kit.

Finished version of my new guitar synth (kit from Parasit Studio). Usually, I'm not very good in nicely finishing my DIY stuff, but I'm happy with the result this time. I also learned to work with waterslide decal paper. I still have to explore all the possible settings, but the synth sure sounds impressive!
