Miscellaneous Expertise in the in vitro
study of rumen microbial digestion and determination of
fermentation end products is applied in microbial digestion studies
outside the rumen (e.g. in collaboration with the Department of Animal
Nutrition, Genetics, Breeding and Ethology, Faculty of Veterinary
Medicine, Ghent University, Belgium) and in research evaluating
alternatives for antibiotics (in collaboration with the Department of
Pathology, Bacteriology and Avian Diseases, Faculty of Veterinary
Medicine, Ghent University, Belgium). |
